Returns Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on unopened packs of markers. Opened or tested packs are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To follow up on the status of your return, please contact us at admin@pintarartsupply.com.
